Kathryn Stoerzbach is an Educator and Ayurvedic Practitioner, currently located in Knoxville, IL. She has traveled the world while working in Asia, Southeast Asia, Hawaii, and the mainland of the United States.
She is the Founder of An Elemental Practice. a holistic health practice located in Illinois and serving clients worldwide, as well as The School of Ayurveda, an online and in-person Ayurvedic education and training program.
Kathryn founded Islands of Serenity out of her love for global travel and various holistic healing modalities in an effort to bring a little bit of peace and serenity to our modern daily lives.
